Research Integrated Telecommunication and Sensing Systems Research We are focused on pioneering advancements in microwave and mm-Wave Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) and systems that underpin the future of wireless communication and sensing technologies. Our research addresses critical fundamental challenges in high-frequency design, focusing on three primary areas: Investigating THz phased-array transceivers to enable ultra-high data-rate communications, essential for emerging applications such as 6G networks and high-resolution imaging. Exploring advanced mm-wave radar systems (60 GHz, 70
