Integrated Telecommunication and Sensing Systems (ITASS)

The Integrated Telecommunication and Sensing Systems (ITASS) lab at KAUST focuses on the design and development of high-frequency integrated circuits and systems that enable next-generation communication and sensing technologies. Our research spans scalable phased-array transceivers for ultra-high-speed data links, high-resolution radar systems for industrial and autonomous platforms, and energy-efficient architectures for advanced wireless networks. By addressing fundamental challenges in high-speed circuit design and system integration, the lab aims to deliver practical, high-performance solutions for both wireless and wired applications.
